Applies to all jewelry except Pet Print pieces
We ship worldwide, and shipping is always free.
Most orders are processed within 1–4 business days, with an
estimated delivery time of 6–9 business days.
There are no customs charges, import duties or any other
extra costs on these orders. The price you see at checkout
is the only price you pay — there is nothing further to pay
on arrival.

International Delivery
We deliver internationally! Made-to-order pieces are cast
and dispatched from our workshop in the EU.
Orders delivered within the European Union do not incur customs charges. For other destinations, although we have established import and export processes, products may be subject to additional charges by your country's customs authorities, depending on the specific country. You will be responsible for paying these charges.

Shipping
1. We will deliver the Goods to the Delivery Location
provided at checkout.
2. Made-to-order pieces are cast individually and are not
held in stock. Production begins once We have approved your
image and we have confirmed it by email, and takes 4 to 6
weeks depending on the metal chosen: typically 4 weeks in
sterling silver and up to 6 weeks in solid gold.
3. Once your piece is complete, it is dispatched via UPS or
FedEx, Standard or Express service depending on destination,
with an estimated transit time of 3–4 business days. Your
tracking number follows within 24 hours of dispatch by email.
4. We use UPS for shipping, the applied service would be UPS Standard or UPS Express Saver, depending on your location. Please note that our shipments are sent under Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms, meaning any import duties or taxes will need to be paid by you upon delivery.
5. All delivery estimates are estimates only and are not
guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the
courier or by customs clearance processes, nor for parcels
held, inspected or seized by customs authorities.
6. If you or your nominee fail, through no fault of ours, to
take delivery of the Goods at the Delivery Location, we may
charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering
them.
7. The Goods will become your responsibility from the
completion of delivery. You must, if reasonably practicable,
examine the Goods before accepting them.
8. Once the goods have been dispatched via a courier, we cannot cancel an order or redeem the goods. We must be notified of any faulty or damaged goods within 5 working days of delivery.
9. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an item is delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, LumiPaw holds no responsibility and no refund or replacement will be issued.
10. You agree that we may deliver the Goods in instalments
where an order contains more than one piece, or for other
genuine and fair reason, subject to the above provisions and
provided you are not liable for extra charges.
